Brad Sundling uses QR Stuff’s codes to save lives during pandemic

Every Monday morning Brad Sundling’s Mountain Valley Pipeline team has a safety meeting – with as many as 500 people.  The Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) project is a natural gas pipeline system that spans approximately 303 miles from northwestern West Virginia to southern Virginia. Since the virus hit, the team is no longer allowed to meet in person, everything is remote or in small groups.

To help the team feel more connected, they created a QR code that was given to each of the workers on a laminated business card.  Each week the employees scan the card with their phones and it links them to the current safety meeting document for the week.  The document contains links to informative videos. To make it even more interesting, there are also directions to enter a drawing by texting answers to specific questions.

Another innovative and clever idea for which QR codes can be used!
